Requesting Help

Our tech support team monitors the Help Desk Ticket system during the school day. The team is ready to help students with Chromebook issues, login trouble, or other problems.

For the fastest response to your issue or question, please submit a ticket via one of these methods:

  1. Log a ticket directly into the Help Desk Ticket System. Sign in with Google using your WPS Google account.

  2. Send or forward an email to helpdesk@walpole.k12.ma.us

Please supply us with these key pieces of information:

  • Your Name

  • Your School

  • Device or software at issue

  • A clear, complete description of the problem including any error messages

How to Submit a Help Desk Ticket

  1. Visit the the Help Desk Ticket System.

  2. If prompted click "Log in with Google" and use your WPS Google account.

  3. Click the pink "Report an Incident" icon.

  4. Fill in the form with as much information as possible.
